Andrew Wilson & Co. Commitment to Quality is Formally Recognised with ISO Certification

Andrew Wilson & Co.'s commitment to quality and to delivering outstanding levels of customer service has been formally acknowledged with the world's most recognised quality management system standard, the ISO 9001 certification.

The core principal of this newly acquired status is a company's pledge to provide quality services to all customers by continually improving its processes and procedures. This was an appropriate fit for this highly skilled professional team. Over the years, they have earned an outstanding reputation for conducting their High Court enforcement duties with honesty and integrity. Operating across England and Wales, they have a strong emphasis on customer focus and quality, which are central to the company's vision.

Speaking about this significant achievement for the company, Eric Roe, Director at Andrew Wilson & Co. said this certification was important not just for professional standards at the company, but for the hard working team at Andrew Wilson and Co.

"We're confident we adhere to the highest professional standards and our staff are personally and professional very committed to delivering a quality service. Now an independent assessor has acknowledged our dedication and drive to continually improve. We're all very proud of this achievement".

The first step in the assessment process involved the senior management team conducting an in-depth analysis of the company who then prepared a management review that was presented to the assessor from ISOQAR. A two stage assessment process was then completed by Andrew Wilson & Co. The assessor then visited the company and spent a considerable amount of time talking to staff. She was clearly impressed with everyone's thorough understanding of the vision of the company and their level of engagement. She noted it was a very friendly and supportive atmosphere with staff recognising their role as part of the wider organisation and acknowledging that their contribution is valued within the company.

The assessor also accompanied the company's Enforcement Agents as they conducted their duties. She witnessed first hand how our agents dealt with potentially stressful situations in a sensitive and professional manner. On the final day of the assessment, the assessor informed us she would be submitting a recommendation for accreditation without any reference to suggested improvements!

Sarah Roscoe, Managing Director at Andrew Wilson & Co. said this is an important step for the company and it's satisfying that the quality of their service is more widely recognised across the civil enforcement industry.

"I think it is a true testament to our staff and it shows that we are progressing on the right track. I'm proud of the strong team we've built since I joined the company 10 years ago. These high quality individuals are focused on service delivery and recovery for our clients. We have big aspirations and are already making plans to complete the ISO 27001 accreditation later this year which relates to Information Security & IT Software."

This ISO 9001 quality management system demonstrates the company's commitment to continually monitor and manage quality across all services they deliver, proactively working to identify areas for improvement and improving service to customers.
