End of Q3 Update from Wilson & Roe | Sarah Roscoe, Managing Director

October 12, 2021

Category: News

This year's Q3 has presented many challenges for Wilson & Roe, our clients and the Enforcement industry, with changes to VAT processes and court fees to obtain Writs increased at very short notice.

However, there have also been many positives in this quarter. While much of the industry focus has been about protecting and helping the debtor, at Wilson & Roe we have continued to work hard for those who have been awarded judgment, to recover their debt or hand back the keys to their property - while always remaining professional and respectful to debtors and their circumstances.

September has proved to be our best month since pre-covid, receiving the highest number of cases to enforce and with evictions at an all-time high. We hope this trend increases as our team continue to work seriously hard to deliver the best results in the High Court Enforcement sector.

Team Wilson & Roe has also grown with several appointments and additions...

New to our CCJ team and already busy sending CCJs off to court to transfer up are Thomas, Lauren and Declan. Our Relationship Management team has also welcomed Conor, Anthony, Sam, and Charlie, to ensure our clients receive a first-class service following a bailiff visit on their cases.

We have also had Jennifer join our telephone collections team and Shannon join our Credit Control & Banking team.

There have been a number of internal promotions as well, with Stephanie Shaw progressing to Senior Client Relationship Manager and Head of Development & Training and Bryan Hurrell moving into the role of Director of Client Relations.

Let's catch-up
