Careers

We are always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our first-class team. If you are highly motivated, ambitious and would like to be part of a fast moving, professional organisation, we’d love to hear from you.

Enforcement Agent (Bailiff) Opportunities

Our continued growth means we are always looking for quality individuals to work within our Enforcement Team, carrying out a variety of enforcement activities including executing High Court Writs and conducting property evictions.

What about if I have no experience as an Enforcement Agent?

We find that certain individuals have the skills to be a successful Enforcement Agent, but don’t realise it because they have no experience in the industry. Over the years, some of our leading agents have come from a variety of different backgrounds, including the Police, retail and various sales roles.

We have therefore created a new recruitment pathway and are looking to employ Trainee Enforcement Agents. Successful candidates will undertake a 6-month intense training programme. The individuals will need to complete the Taking Control of Goods Level 2 examination and be successful in their application for Enforcement Agent certificate.

To succeed in these roles, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong ethical and professional standards
  • Be self-motivated and have excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A full driving licence, ability to travel and map a working route
  • Computer literate and able to use a basic software package
  • A flexible approach to working hours, as they are required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
