Wilson & Roe is one of the longest established High Court Enforcement Offices in England and Wales, with a heritage dating back to the 1800s.

We are extremely proud that our high standards, commitment to our customers and consistent results have earned us a reputation as a market leader within our industry. Our mission has always been to be the best at what we do and we set our expectations high to ensure we deliver on each instruction.

Our head office is located in Salford, Greater Manchester, and thanks to our hardworking, dedicated team of both office and field-based employees, we obtain payment in full and resolve cases quicker than any other High Court Enforcement Office.

With continued expansion and coverage, we are able to carry out enforcement and recovery services anywhere in England and Wales.

Andrew Wilson (FCICM)

Our co-founder, Solicitor and High Court Enforcement Officer
Andrew has been with us from the beginning and previously sat as Chairman of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association. He continues to take an active part in the development of the industry and lends his hand to advising the Ministry of Justice and others within the sector.

Sarah Roscoe

Our Chairman
Sarah has worked with Wilson & Roe for over 15 years and has always ensured that we lead with a customer-centric approach to our work. As a firm believer in strong client relationships, Sarah has helped to grow the company with this in mind.

Eric Roe (MCICM)

Managing Director
Solicitor and High Court Enforcement Officer, Eric, first joined the family business at the age of 15. Today, his legal expertise is put to use assisting clients with their cases and helping them achieve the best results from our services. He is also a director of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association.

Joe Hanlon

Director and High Court Enforcement Officer
Joe joined the company in 2009 and has worked his way up through the ranks. He takes an active role in managing the enforcement team to ensure that the best results are delivered across the business. As a High Court Enforcement Officer, Joe lends his expertise so our enforcement team is fully supported.

Michael Whitaker

Director and Head of Business Development
Michael brings a wealth of experience and industry expertise to the company. He is the most recent addition to the senior management team and has already hit the ground running. His personable approach and client focus reflect the ethos of Wilson & Roe, making Michael a perfect fit for the team.

Tina Webber-Rostron

Head of Enforcement Operations
Tina works alongside her team of enforcement agents managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a high standard of service is provided. She is extremely driven when it comes to supporting her agents on the road, equipping them with everything needed to achieve the best results for our clients.

Debbie Clough

Operations Director
Debbie brings her extensive experience of compliance and management from her banking days to the forefront, ensuring that Wilson & Roe meets its social and regulatory responsibilities.

Adele joined us in 2009 with a background in customer service and finance. She works closely with our clients and is driven to achieving the best results for them, building long-standing relationships across the sector which has ensured the ongoing success of our company.

Our Accreditations

Wilson & Roe is regulated by the Enforcement Conduct Board (ECB); the independent body that oversees the enforcement industry and aims to improve standards across the sector. We are also members of the High Court Enforcement Association (HCEOA) and Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA) and work closely with them to ensure that high standards within our industry are maintained.
