At Wilson & Roe, we love to celebrate the success of our people. We are therefore pleased to announce that three members of our team have passed the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) Taking Control of Goods Level 2 exam.

Client Relationship Managers, Sam Chatterton and Conor Bolton-Phillips, and Senior Client Relationship Manager, Sarah Walsh, act as a main point of contact between Wilson & Roe and the clients who send us Judgments to be enforced. They each manage a portfolio of clients and work extremely hard to ensure that we deliver an outstanding service, recovering as much money as possible for claimants.

The exam covered themes and topics that are particularly useful in their roles, with key areas including:

  • The law relating to Enforcement Agents
  • Enforcement Agents' rights of entry and re-entry
  • The practice of removing and selling goods
  • How to deal with vulnerable people

Hard work has certainly paid off for Sam, Conor and Sarah, and we are incredibly proud of their achievements.

Wilson & Roe provides dedicated training sessions that focus on navigating the enforcement process. For more information or to book a session, please contact our team on 0161 925 1800 or by emailing eric.roe@wilsonandroe.com.
