Further Extension for Residential and Commercial Eviction Bans in England

Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick has announced a further extension to the ban on residential and commercial bailiff enforced evictions in England.
The residential eviction ban, which was set to expire at the end of this month and involves the requirement for landlords to provide 6-month notice periods to tenants before they evict, has been extended to 31st May. The commercial eviction ban has additionally been extended to 30th June.
