You may have noticed that an increasing number of debtors, who have received a Notice of Enforcement, have either contacted you or your clients directly to offer to pay in instalments. If you have instructed us, and we are in receipt of a Writ of Control, please can you direct the debtor back to us before accepting the offer?
This will give us the opportunity to attend the premises to establish whether or not they are just ‘playing for time’. It also gives us the opportunity to determine whether they have sufficient assets worth seizing. We will assess their ability to repay the judgment debt in full and ensure maximum recovery is achieved for you and your clients in the shortest period of time.
