Restriction of Residential Evictions Extended in England & Wales

Statutory Instruments (SI) have come into force extending the restriction of residential evictions from being carried out in both England, expiring 21st February, and Wales, expiring 31st March – bar certain exemptions.
No further restrictions have been placed on enforcing Writs of Control; therefore, the Andrew Wilson team can continue to attend residential and commercial addresses to recover debt whilst following COVID-secure guidelines.
