Sarah Walsh Promoted to Senior Client Relationship Manager

Since joining Wilson & Roe, Sarah Walsh has been an invaluable member of the team. All her hard work and dedication has paid off, and we're delighted to announce that she has now taken on the role of Senior Client Relationship Manager.
Sarah's career has gone from strength to strength since she joined the company as an Enforcement Administrator almost three years ago. Not letting a global pandemic stand in her way, Sarah took everything in her stride and delivered great results, receiving a promotion to Client Relationship Manager in June 2021.
Proving to be a natural in this role, Sarah's ongoing professionalism and excellent performance earnt her the well-deserved promotion to Senior Client Relationship Manager. Her new responsibilities include mentoring a team, reviewing and quality-checking cases, and working closely with the Operations Director to ensure Wilson & Roe delivers the best results for clients.
Sarah is thrilled with her new position, and said, "I'm really looking forward to establishing myself in this role and progressing with the company."
Operations Director Debbie Clough is confident that Sarah has got what it takes to excel in her new role, and commented:
"Sarah's background working in pre-litigation collections and mortgage arrears has definitely come in handy in preparing her for this role. She is calm, thorough and patient when training new starters and leaves no stone unturned for our clients. She's a pleasure to have on the team."
Performance and determination clearly run in the family too, as Sarah's daughter Libby, 11, is also aiming high. Since our last article about Sarah in June 2021, Libby has continued her footballing journey with Manchester United’s under-13s Emerging Talent Centre. Congratulations to a very talented family!
