We are delighted to announce that we have celebrated a successful first year in Birmingham. Based at Two Snow Hill in the city centre, the office is headed by Director Jon Tullock who has overseen the addition of several new personnel, since he relocated from Leeds to the Midlands just over a year ago.

The last 12 months has seen us raise our profile within the professional sector, in particular with lawyers, accountants, insolvency practitioners and finance houses. Our presence in the city has also cemented our relationship with existing clients operating in Birmingham, which has resulted in the group winning a significant number of valuable instructions.

To mark the milestone we held an event at the Champagne Lounge of Marco Pierre White’s Restaurant in the Cube for approximately 80 guests.

Speaking about the first year, Director Sarah Roscoe, said,

“As an ambitious and forward thinking group, part of our strategy is to increase our presence in the UK with the opening of additional offices outside our North West heartland.

“We chose Birmingham as it has a strong financial, legal and business services sector and it has proved to be an excellent decision.”

“Cerberus was already known in some quarters for delivering effective advice and solutions in the recovery of distressed assets and debt. Jon and his team have done an excellent job to ensure more people know about our skills.

“The Birmingham office has the backing of a great team of more than 100 people who have in-depth knowledge of asset appraisal, valuation and realisation, as well as credit, risk management and enforcement.”
