Support HCEOA's campaign to enforce CCJs under £600

The High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA), and ourselves here at Wilson & Roe, have been campaigning to change current legislation so that we are able to enforce County Court Judgments under £600.
Last year's survey revealed 99% of court users supported this change.
We are pleased to report some progress has been made and the HCEOA are now requesting further information from court users, that is required by the MoJ and HMCTS, to support this important change.

The survey will close on 24th October 2022 and should take no more than five minutes to complete. All responses will remain anonymous.
