We are only able to transfer County Court Judgments of more than £600 to the High Court for enforcement.

All details provided must match court records exactly. Any difference, no matter how small, may result in the application being rejected by the court. We ask that you provide as much information as possible to assist us with enforcing your case.

If you are a claimant in person (i.e. you have chosen to represent yourself/your organisation in your case), you will be required to pay the £80 court fee and £90 compliance fee up front. These costs are recoverable if we are successful in securing payment in full.
