As part of our ongoing commitment to the training and professional development of our people, seven of us have recently completed the CICM (Chartered Institute of Credit Management) Level 2 Award in Taking Control of Goods.

The CICM Taking Control of Goods Award is an Ofqual recognised qualification, and is approved by the Ministry of Justice to meet the certification requirements for enforcement agents.

Congratulations to Kelly Cookson (Director), Joe Hanlon (Operations Manager), Natasha Bowen (Relationship Manager), Kimberley Daniel-Ellison (Manager) and to Enforcement Administrators Alison Richards, Natasha Pawsey and Andy Dunn.

Each of them have studied and passed the exam, which means they now have a greater understanding of the law affecting our industry. Their success also means that every team within Andrew Wilson & Co now has at least one CICM qualified member in addition to other experienced staff.

"It's a great achievement for them individually and for the business as a whole. To have such experienced admin people makes us unique and enhances the service we offer to our clients," says Sarah Roscoe, Managing Director at Andrew Wilson & Co.

The Taking Control of Goods exam is designed to improve the public's perception of the enforcement profession, enforcement agents and those who employ them or use their services. It also enables us as a business to maintain high standards of business ethics and practice.

It's down to the loyalty of our customers and team that we have been able to support many good causes.
Our dedication to serving the community goes beyond business, we are passionate about supporting people in need.
