Our Property Services Director, Alex Hill, has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained through his many years of working in the High Court Enforcement industry. With property-related enforcement forming a key part of our service offering, we called upon Alex to impart some of his insights and knowledge to the wider team.

Alex delivered an informative presentation covering matters including tenant evictions and mortgage repossessions, trespasser evictions, commercial rent arrears recovery (CRAR) and commercial lease forfeiture.
